This machine is used for hot runner coil heater roller mill the tube to Square type. mill the round tube to square shape tube. like 4.2x2.2mm, 3x3mm, 3.5x3.5mm.
The daily maintenance of the machine is mainly cleaning and lubrication. Before daily operation, check the connection and tightening of machine parts. If abnormal noise is found, stop the machine for maintenance. The wheel groove should be cleaned after work, but it must be done with the machine stopped.
The machine is packed in wooden cases for long-distance shipment. It can be used after removing the wooden cases. There is no vibration of the machine, no concrete foundation or anchor bolts are needed, just place the machine stably.
Machine maintenance
① Keep the table surface clean.
② Add 40 # engine oil once per shift at the cylinder bearing.
③ Add 40 # engine oil once a week at the oil hole of the protective plate.
④ Apply a layer of 40 # motor oil to the surface of the mandrel to ensure smooth winding and easy return.
