This is a machine for coiling a hot-flow flat tube into a spiral-shaped heater. It can also be used for coiling of a small-diameter circular electric heating tube. The mandrel is driven by a stepping motor (the mandrel can be replaced). The mandrel is equipped with a pneumatic clamp, and the heating tube to be bent is pressed, pressed by a pneumatic mechanism, and the stepping motor drives the heating tube to coil along the axial direction. The machine has an automatic material removal mechanism, which has high production efficiency.
