SW-A11S Automatic plug to pin assembling machine is mainly used to insert the top plug to the terminal pin after filling mgo powder.
After the electric heating tube is filled with magnesium oxide powder, we need to plug the tube with rubber plug at the upper end to prevent Mgo powder leakage. Previously, the tube openings were manually plugged with plastic plug one by one, which was very inefficient and a waste of labor. In response to this situation, SUWAIE company designed this machine, which automatically sorts the plug through the vibration plate and automatically sends the plastic plug to each station. The pneumatic pipe clamping tool is placed on this device, and the foot switch is clicked to pneumatically press down to stuff the plastic pellets into the tube opening to complete the work of assembling the plastic plug.
