Application
M series is moisture-resistant and high-temperature magnesium oxide, according to various electrical performance requirements are divided into four grade specifications, suitable for different high-temperature air-fired electric heating components, the maximum can withstand the air-fired temperature of 800 ℃, not suitable for high-temperature heat treatment (such as 1050 ℃ annealing), with strong moisture-proof ability, can be easily sealed, before sealing the electric heating components need to do 200 ℃-350 ℃ / 2-4 hours drying treatment.
Suitable for: water heater tube, oven tube, mosquito tube and other medium power and medium high rate load media heater.

Instructions for use and storage
(1) MEG-1 is a high temperature powder.
(2) No silicone oil is added to the magnesium powder or very little silicone oil is added.
③ Electrical grade magnesium oxide powder is non-toxic and harmless, but there will be some dust, it is recommended that the operator wear a mask and gloves when using it.
④ Mainly used for dry-fired heating elements with ≤10w/cm² in air.
⑤ The heating element needs to be 1050°C ± 50°C for 1 5 minutes to 30 minutes. And it needs to be sealed as soon as possible after passing the oven to prevent secondary moisture absorption.
(6) Electrical grade magnesium oxide should be placed in a dry location where direct sunlight is not available and is recommended for use within 6 months of delivery.
