Designed for pre and post weld heat treatments (PWHT), our flexible ceramic pad heaters (FCP heater) functions efficiently whether they are used in a curved or flat application, and are available in an extensive list of sizes with voltages ranging from 30 volts to 255 volts, using different connectors among different countries, either Engligh camlock connector, or DINSE welding cable connectors.
It is available mainly in two standard voltage, 80V and 60V. We are ready to make any custom design heater as well.
The insulators together with the resistance wires are very flexible and gives a good heat radiation and effective heat transmission during the required thermal process. SUWAIE FCP heating elements are manufactured with a wide range of power ratings and voltages. We are able to meet our customers’ needs regarding special models of size, shape, voltages and power rating.
Our ceramic pad heater is designed for temperatures up to 1000°C and suitable for all kinds of heating like preheating, tempering, annealing, soft annealing, normalizing, stress relieving, homogenizing and recrystallization of pipes and pressure vessels etc. This of type ceramic heaters can be customized with voltages from 30V up to 80V.

1) Separate Blister plastic box or Bubble Wrap/Pearl Wool, keep no scratch and damage.
2) Under 100 KGS parts, use strong DHL export Carton .
