Mica heater:

Mica electric band heater use precautions:
1. Heating the mica electric heaters, should avoid repeated disassembly and assembly leading to alloy resistance wire breakage, affecting the operating life.
2. Before installation, check whether the installation position matches the mica heating specification and the voltage is consistent.
3. Mica heater non-waterproof structure, so do not contact oil, water, plastic particles during storage and use to prevent leakage.
4. The stainless steel mica band heater should be closely attached to the heated body during installation. The surface of the heated body should be flat and complete without unevenness.
5. If the mica nozzle heater bands is found to have a blackened color after use, it indicates that the heat and the heat sink are not balanced, and should be adjusted in time to prevent burn through.
Application:
It is mainly applied to heating the plastic injection molding machine, extruding machine and blowing machine. Meantime, it also can be used to heat reaction kettle, melt pipe, etc in chemical industry.
Technical Parameter:
The working temperature can be up to 550℃ and the power density 3w/cm2. The minimum diameter of Mica nozzle band heater is 40mm.
