Descriptions:
Silicone rubber heaters manufactured by Suwaie make it possible to achieve ennergy efficient and extremely flexible heating solutions. They takes advantage of the unique properties of silicone rubber (low thermal mass, superb electrical insulation) to provide flexible heating elements of unparalleled performance. Silicone rubber is calendared onto fiberglass cloth in a variety of thicknesses and constructions which serve as the basic insulation material for a silicone heater pad. Fiberglass gives the heater dimensional stability without sacrificing flexibility.
Feature :
1.Thin thickness, easy to contact with products, good thermal conductivity.
2.Can be made into any shape, including three-dimensional shape;
3. Light weight, its thickness can be adjusted (minimum thickness 0.5mm);
4.Good weatherability and aging resistance;
5. The high-life N-80 nickel resistance and laser heating film technology provide the core thermal stabilization technology;
6.Rrecommended heat flux 0.4-0.8W/cm
Construction:
Made from high-quality fibreglass reinforced silicone sheeting.
Fitted with a 2m power cord and 3-pin plug.
Standard with eyelets and lacing rope. Over-spring toggles option available for the 200L metal drum model.
Can be used with an Argus digital PID controller for precise temperature control.
