PTFE-sheathed immersion heaters are compatible with virtually any chemistry. All of our standard sizes available here can be configured prior to checkout.

• PTFE sleeved 304 stainless elements inert to most solutions up to 212°F (100°C).
• Low watt density design 10 watts/square inch (1.5w/cm²).
• Vapor resistant, flame retardant polypropylene terminal enclosure with 3 ft (.9m) flexible PVC liquid tight conduit.
• Grounded internal metal element and built in thermal protector. Replaceable P1 protector standard for solutions up to 180°F(82°C).
• Certification: ISO9001, CE
• 500 - 9000 watts
• 120 to 600 volts (600 volts on 4500 watts or lower only)

1. Longer vertical lengths (cold zones).
2. Polypropylene guards*: recommended for applications up to 180°F (82°C).
3. Fluoropolymer (PTFE) guards recommended for chromic acid or solutions over 180°F (82°C).
4. Special configurations.

6. Flexible continuous fluoropolymer leads (PIII protector only).
7. Lower watt densities for highly viscous solutions and technical acids.

FAQ
1. Q: How does the Qida control the quality?
A: 1) During processing, the operating machine worker inspect the each sizes by themselves.
2) After finished the first whole part, will show to QA for full inspection.
3) Before shipment, the QA will inspect according to ISO sampling inspection standard for mass production. Will do 100% full checking for small QTY.
4) When shipping the goods, we will attached the inspection report with the parts.
2. Q: What is the standard of package?
A: Professional export packing:
1) Separate Blister plastic box or Bubble Wrap/Pearl Wool, keep no scratch and damage.
2) Under 100 KGS parts, use strong DHL export Carton .
3) Above 100 KGS, will customize Wooded case for packing.
3. Q: How to handle the complains?
A: 1) During processing, if found any sizes defective, we will inform the clients and get clients approval.
2) If happen any complaints after got the goods, pls show us photos and detail complaints points, we will check with the production department and QC depart. Immediately and give solving solution with 6 hours.
