Tempco Tubular Heaters are the most versatile and widely used source of electric heat for industrial, commercial and scientific applications. They can be designed in a wide range of electrical ratings, diameters, lengths, terminations, and sheath materials. They can be formed into virtually any shape, brazed or welded to any metal surface, and cast into metals..

The binding head would be easily stuck inside the pipe which leads to the failure of filling if the density is increased. The machine adopts gear motor to drive the rising of the guiding pipe mechanism, which is more stable comparing with the gas liquid turning mechanism. This machine uses imported relay to control circuit or a control system consist of PLC touch screen.

Functions:

1.Man-machine interface control, operation and convenient control.

2.Guide tube -down control in several ways, the length , time and position sensors, fall accurate location.

3.Choose two procedures: the lower part can be clamped or not clamped to filling MgO powder .

4.Fall powder time controllable, reduce waste.

5.Terminal pin ejection optional , to prevent terminal pin bend.

6.Follow controllable,can off follow, as a fixed oscillator to use (this feature is only for follow machine).

7.Workflow monitoring equipment.

8.Equipment failure prompts.
