Machine Performance And Requirements
- Applicable material and qualification rate
SW-W42 is suitable for the welding of individual electric heat pipe products, and can weld copper and stainless steel electric heat pipes. According to the standard, the leakage rate of steel electric heat pipe is about 3%, and the leakage rate of copper pipe is about 5%. This pass rate is non-one-time pass rate, reflecting the actual situation after many welding.
- Flange hole accuracy requirements
During the welding process, the accuracy of the flange hole should be controlled within ±0.1mm, and the length of the pipe mouth should not exceed 1mm. This strict precision requirement ensures that welded components are perfectly matched, reducing rework rates caused by improper welding.
- Daily capacity specification
The capacity of the unit is about 1,000 units per day, depending on a number of factors, including the employee's clamping time, the number of holes in the heating tube, and the precision of the blank dimensions of the material. - Electrode wear and oxidation
