SUWAIE SW-S02 series tube stretching machine is mainly used for tube stretching in the electric heating element industry. It is suitable for processing annealed stainless steel tubes and copper tubes. The stretching length is consistent, the appearance is complete, the production efficiency is high, and the operation and adjustment are simple.
In the process of producing heating tubes, the length of the heating element may be different after the tube is shrunk. In order to ensure the smooth progress of our next step of automated production, all tubes need to be stretched to the same length through this stretching equipment to ensure the efficiency of subsequent processes.
Functions
1. Human-machine interface and foot control
The SW-S02 series is equipped with an intuitive human-machine interface and foot control system, which is easy to operate, allowing users to quickly get started and reduce training time. 2. Maximum elongation

3. Minimum drawing tube length

4. Hydraulic cylinder operation
