Mgo powder for electrical heater,Oxygen and magnesium combine in a chemical reaction to form this compound. After it burns, it forms a white powder of the magnesium oxide. Magnesium gives up two electrons to oxygen atoms to form this powdery product. This is an exothermic reaction.
Instructions for use and storage:
(1) MEG-1 is a high temperature powder.
(2) No silicone oil is added to the magnesium powder or very little silicone oil is added.
③ Electrical grade magnesium oxide powder is non-toxic and harmless, but there will be some dust, it is recommended that the operator wear a mask and gloves when using it.
④ Mainly used for dry-fired heating elements with ≤10w/cm² in air.
⑤ The heating element needs to be 1050°C ± 50°C for 1 5 minutes to 30 minutes.
(6) Electrical grade magnesium oxide should be placed in a dry location where direct sunlight is not available and is recommended for use within 6 months of delivery.
