Product introduction

The typical structure of the Electric cartridge Immersion Heater is the same as that of the electric heating elements. It is generally composed of five parts: an insulator, a sealing material, a lead rod, a filler, a heating wire, a metal sheath tube, and a terminal.

The spiral electric heating wire and the lead-out wire are located in the center of the metal sheathed tube. The manufacturing process is to insert the spiral electric heating wire into the stainless steel tube, and the gap is evenly filled with the insulation by the multi-tube filling machine. A thermally conductive oxidizing medium such as crystalline magnesium oxide powder.

Then, the tube diameter is reduced by a tube shrinking machine to make the oxide medium dense, and the heating wire is insulated from the air, and the center position does not shift and touches the tube wall.

In this way, the calorific value per unit area can be increased by a factor of ten. The service life can also be increased to more than 10 years. Compared with the same large heat electric heating element, the 24V Electric cartridge Immersion Heater can save 5% of the electrothermal material, and the thermal efficiency can reach more than 90%.
