Product introduction
Ceramic Band Heater consists of helically wound Nickel-Chrome heating coil, evenly stretched and precisely stretched inside the insulating ceramic bricks to create uniform heating. 1/4" thick Ceramic fiber insulation gives minimum heat loss. Sensor holes can be provided according to requirement.
When ordering Ceramic Heater please specify:
1. Inside diameter and width of the heater
2. Construction type
3. Wattage and voltage
4. Type of terminal
5. Drawing where the special type of holes or cutouts required
