The power, surface thermal load is an extremely important parameter of the heating element, which will directly affect the service life and performance of the heating element. The maximum surface heat load of the heating element allowed by different heated media is different. The value is closely related to the physical chemical properties of the heated medium. If the selection is not correct, serious problems will occur. When it is high, the surface temperature of the heating element is sharply increased, so that the service life is lowered, which causes an increase in the volume of the heater, thereby causing a sharp increase in cost.
