1. Conduct electrical strength test

3. Conduct leakage current experiment
Place the heating tube under sufficient heating conditions and energize it at a voltage of 1.15 times. If the leakage current is less than 0.5MA, it is a good quality electric heating tube.
4. Carry out sealing test
This sealing test is mainly carried out on the outer casing of the electric heater. The heating tube is placed in acidified water, and then the two ends of the electric heating tube are exposed to see if the performance requirements have met the requirements of the first and third.
5. Carry out sealing seal test
The main performance requirements are the same as the fourth one, except that the experimental conditions are different. The condition of this experiment is to place the electric heating tube in an environment with a temperature of 60 degrees Celsius and a humidity of 95% for one day.
