Overview of the electric heater structure for checking whether the safety film is good before using the electric heater:
The heater heating element consists of a rod-shaped electric heating tube of 15 stainless steel housings, which are fixed in the heater through a tube plate and a baffle. One end of each electric heating tube is respectively connected to the corresponding wiring copper row, and the copper bus is connected with a 380V power supply, and the power controller is used to adjust the gas outlet temperature. The gas is heated from top to bottom through an electric heating tube. In order to reduce heat loss, the outside of the housing must be insulated and insulated. The electric heater has the advantages of simple structure, convenient use, easy maintenance, long service life, safety and reliability. Replace the electric heating tube, disassemble the top protective cover, remove the electric heating tube to connect the flexible wire, loosen the electric heating tube compression nut, and replace the damaged electric heating tube.
Use and maintenance instructions
1. Instructions for use:
(1) Check whether the heater leaks before work, especially the terminal part. If there is any leak, remove it before use.
(2) Check if the grounding device is reliable
(3) Insulation inspection of the electric heating tube before use, its insulation resistance to ground <1MΩ, otherwise the electric heating tube is dried in the oven at 150~200 °C for 7~8 hours, so that the insulation can meet the requirements before it can be used.
(4) After wiring, seal the terminals with tape or water glass to protect the terminals from oxidation.
(5) Check if the safety film is good before using the electric heater.
2. Maintenance at work:
(1) The heater must be connected to the gas source first. After the gas volume reaches the required level and the flow rate is stable, the heater can be energized. Never open the heater without ventilation or low gas volume to avoid damage due to overheating of the electric heating tube. . If the power is suddenly stopped during use, the power should be cut off immediately.
(2) Always check the use of electric heating pipes during work, whether the wiring is good and whether the insulation meets the requirements.
(3) Regularly remove dust, scale and other debris during work.
(4) Always check that the safety film is in good condition.
(5) Control the outlet temperature and the power-off operation according to the heating requirements.
(6) Regularly check and calibrate the temperature and measure the control instrument.
(7) Always check the insulation layer in good condition.
3. Equipment insulation
The equipment is installed at the user's site. After the pressure test is passed, the equipment and piping are insulated.
