Electric heating element requirements for the environment
According to JB/T 2379-1993, the requirements for environmental conditions of electric heating eleemntare as follows:
1. The altitude does not exceed 1000 meters;
2. Ambient temperature -20 ° C ~ ~ + 50 ° C;
3. The relative humidity of the surrounding air is not more than 90% (when the ambient temperature is 25 °C);
4. There are no conductive dust, explosive gases and corrosive gases that can seriously damage metal and insulating materials;
5. No obvious impact and vibration;
If the user has special requirements, the production of electric heating pipes can be raised as follows:
1. Different requirements for unit system, power supply voltage, power supply frequency, etc.;
2. Different requirements for the use environment;
3. Special requirements for heating elements;
4. Special requirements for packaging.
For example, it is used in the noodle room to make electric heating devices in the water tunnel, which can bake bread and cakes.
In normal home heating equipment such as electric blankets, electric heaters, using the principle of resistance heating.
For wood, paper, and paint, finned heating tubes are used. Heating of buildings is more common with electric heating films.
In the industry, there are substances that are corrosive to acids and bases, as well as professional acid and alkali resistant heaters.
At present, the heating tube is divided into many types for various purposes, and it is more convenient to use. Since the surface of the metal heating tube body is provided with a far infrared radiation coating, the far infrared coating has better heat radiation, thereby improving the heat radiation and heat transfer of the electric heating tube.
