In some cases, the heat of the heating tube cannot be absorbed by the liquid in a timely manner, so that the surface temperature of the heating tube is very high, resulting in the internal temperature of the electric heat tube is too high. When the internal temperature is too high, it will burn out the resistance wire. In serious cases, it will cause the tube to expand and explode, thus shortening the life of the electric heating tube.
2. Considering the pressure, seamless tube should be used when the pressure is greater than 1.0MP; otherwise, the heating tube will end the life of the electric heat pipe of the water tank due to the phenomenon of pipe cracking under pressure.
3, electric heating tube in the case of dry air, in order to ensure the service life of the heating tube, the corresponding temperature control must be carried out.
