How to choose electric boiler immersion heater?

Recently, many customers and friends have consulted the boiler immersion heater. Many friends still don't know how to choose the immersion heater. Selecting the appropriate immersion heater can effectively extend the service life. Today, the editor of Suwaie company will talk about the boiler immersion heater. How to choose, I hope to help everyone

How to choose electric immersion heater?

The selection of the boiler immersion heater mainly refers to the size of the boiler, the initial temperature and the final temperature, and the ideal heating time. The shape can be selected according to the size and power of the boiler.

a, small boiler power is small, single power ≤ 6kw is generally selected,

b. Large boilers have large power, single power ≥9kw is generally selected.

Notes on the use of boiler immersion heater:

1. The use voltage is strictly in accordance with the rated electricity or does not exceed 10% of the rated voltage;

2. The heating level of the tube must not be exposed to the liquid level empty burning. Because of the high surface load design, it cannot be used to heat solid materials such as metals and molds.

3. When in use, all the heating parts must be immersed below the liquid surface before they can be connected to the power supply. Do not install the power supply and then inject water;

4. The terminal of the terminal cannot be immersed in water, and it must be equipped with a cover when the environment is humid.

Method for checking the quality of boiler immersion heater

1. Use a multimeter resistance file (R * 1 or R * 10 file) to measure the lead wire or lead rod of the immersion heater.

2. Single-phase or two-phase has two wires or lead-out rods. Use a multimeter red and black test leads to test the lead-out lines.

3. The resistance value R indicates that the value is within the range, which means that the heating wire of the immersion heater is not short-circuited.

4. Use a megohmmeter (also known as a shaking meter, insulation resistance meter) to measure the insulation resistance of the lead wires or rods of the immersion heater (the ground wire of the immersion heater is connected to the pipe of the immersion heater). If the value indicated by the megohmmeter is larger, the better, it means that the immersion heater is well insulated, but the minimum value must not be lower than 2M ohms, otherwise the leakage protection switch will trip and fail to work.
