Production process of defrosting heating element
At present, many factories have encountered many problems and complaints from customers in the process of producing defrosting heating element. Please compare the following processes to help you solve some technical problems.
1. Blanking, deburring, and pigging (inner wall) according to the production process.
2. Wound wire Cleaning resistance wire, spot welding resistance wire, pre-tensioned resistance wire (products with pipe length greater than 1M, pre-drawn pipe length is 70% to 80%).
3, powder filling (pipe length greater than 2M requires double vibration powder adding machine).
4. Shrinking tube Generally, the defrosting tube is relatively long. It is recommended to use 12 pairs of shrinking machines. The basic process of the above process is similar. See the difference between the process below and yours.
5. Heat treatment (annealing) Products that need to be bent are annealed at 980 ℃ (304), and products that do not need to be bent are annealed at 800 ℃.
6. Thermal equilibrium Place the annealed product in a constant temperature room at a temperature of 25 ° C and a humidity of less than 30 for 24 hours.
7, cut sticks print logo, stretch.
8. Drying oven at 220 ℃ for 12 ~ 24 hours.
9. Sealing The temperature of the oven is reduced by 120 ° C, and the epoxy resin is sealed after 2 hours (the temperature of the nozzle is 50 ~ 80 ° C).
10, throw the pipe at both ends of the pipe 45 ~ 55mm (note the lead rod glue throw clean).
11. Apply adhesive. Apply 205 glue first, dry naturally for 1.5 hours, then solder the wires (can also be riveted), and then apply 220 glue (the wires and terminals must be evenly coated).
