       The temperature measurement sensitive component is made by the resistance band value of some conductors or semiconductor materials as a function of temperature, which is a thermal resistance thermometer or a semiconductor thermistor thermometer.

    Thermistor materials used for temperature measurement should meet the following requirements:

1. Stable chemical and physical properties in the temperature range;

2. Reproducible;

3. The temperature coefficient of resistance is large, and high-sensitivity components can be obtained;

4. The resistivity is large, and a small volume component can be obtained;

5. The resistance-temperature characteristic is as close to linear as possible;

6. Low price
