Solution to poor contact of resistance wire of electric tubular heating elements


In the process of using the heating element, if the resistance wire in the tube is burned out and the heating wire is in poor contact, how to solve it?


(1) Smashing wire method: A slot is formed at the end of the lead post, 15 mm long, two-thirds of the diameter, and the width can be placed into the heating wire in the heating tube. The easiest way is to cut the groove with a saw blade, put the heating wire into the groove, lightly hit the two sides of the groove, and press the heating wire tightly; if possible, weld the end of the resistance wire to the lead post, this effect is better .


(2) Riveting and pressing method: The electric resistance wire and the lead column in the electric tubular heater are riveted together with a stainless steel capillary. Note that when riveting, the focus should be 2mm away from the capillary opening to prevent the heating wire from being injured.


(3) Insertion method: Insert the spiral coil of the resistance wire in the electric heating element into the end of the lead post for about 8 turns. If the end of the lead post has threads, you can screw it into the thread and then weld two points with a spot welding machine. Note that the electrode of the spot welding machine should be 3mm away from the end of the wire post to prevent the resistance wire from being injured.


The main factors that determine the outer diameter of the resistance wire coil in the electric heating element tubular are as follows:


(1) Insulation distance and insulation resistance


(2) Heat conduction


(3) Uneven resistance drop rate


The effect of on the uniformity of heating of the electric heating element mainly includes the following three points:


(1). The heating length of the resistance wire in the heating elements: After the heating element is added with magnesium oxide powder, the position of the heating wire in the tube determines the future heating length of the product, so it must be processed in strict accordance with the design requirements.


(2). Ensure the concentricity of the tubular heating elements and the catheter from the production equipment: Since the concentricity of the heating wire and the tube is guaranteed by the catheter, first of all, the concentricity of the pipe and the catheter is guaranteed from the production equipment to reduce Temperature non-uniformity in the cross direction.


(3). The amplitude of the electromagnetic vibration table of the electric heating element cannot exceed a certain limit.
