Product introduction
Radiant electric heating Element / Bobbin heater / Bobbin Electric Heating elements is often made of Cr20Ni80 (nickel-chromium) Cr25A15, Cr21A16Nb, Cr27A17Mo2 (iron-chromium-aluminum) and other materials. The chemical composition/% of each material is as follows:
Cr20Ni80 is used between 500 °C and 800 °C. Due to its stable, single, uniform solid solution structure, it has good normal temperature and high temperature mechanical properties, uniform electrical and physical properties and good processing properties. It is distinguished from iron-chromium-aluminum electrothermal alloy materials in terms of low temperature, long service life and non-damage.
Cr25A15, Cr21A16Nb, and Cr27A17Mo2 are used between 800 °C and 1200 °C, and the temperatures of the three materials are sequentially increased. Low plasticity and high brittleness are the biggest disadvantages of iron-chromium-aluminum electrothermal alloy materials, especially between 400 °C and 800 °C. Long-term use will cause "CrFe" type metal compounds to precipitate in the material, causing a sharp drop in alloy plasticity. Severe embrittlement, so the iron-chromium-aluminum electrothermal alloy material should avoid forming and processing in this temperature zone.
