First, use
(1) It is forbidden to overheat and overload for a long time;
(2) When the furnace temperature is high at 400 °C, it shall not be cooled rapidly;
(3) Do not touch the radiant tube during loading and discharging;
(4) When the furnace is working, always pay attention to whether the traffic lights on the control panel are normal. When the heat is kept, the traffic lights should be exchanged once for a period of time to avoid burning the radiant tube due to the failure of the control switch;
(5) Pay attention to the working condition of the instrument at any time, and find that the furnace temperature and instrument indications are not normal, and must be analyzed and processed in time;
(6) For furnaces with a capacity exceeding 100 KW, each heating zone is preferably equipped with an ammeter for inspection, and an ammeter should be installed for each phase of the three-box high-temperature electric furnace.
Second, maintenance:
(1) After using for three to four months, pull out the radiant tube, pour out the dust inside the radiant tube, and turn the radiant tube 180° to use it;
(2) Pay attention to the positive and negative poles of the radiant tube, and exchange the positive and negative poles once every three to four months;
(3) After the radiant tube is taken out, when removing the binding post, care should be taken not to hit and knock the lead rod;
(4) The bolts leading to the terminal clamp are prone to oxidation loosening and should be inspected and tightened regularly.
