Ceramic Band Heater consists of helically wound Nickel-Chrome heating coil, evenly stretched and precisely stretched inside the insulating ceramic bricks to create uniform heating. 1/4" thick Ceramic fiber insulation gives minimum heat loss. Sensor holes can be provided according to requirement.
When ordering Ceramic Heater please specify:
1, Inside diameter and width of the heater
2, Construction type
3, Wattage and voltage
4, Type of terminal
5, Drawing where the special type of holes or cutouts required
