1. The micro electric heaters of the company adopts imported Donghuang magnesia powder as the insulating filling medium, which has the advantages of fast heat dissipation and high insulation. The heating wire and the wire are made of raw materials imported from Germany, which greatly prolongs the service life of the heater.

2. The hot runner coil heater is wound into a shape and formed by a CNC tube bending machine and a customized special fixture. The inner hole has high dimensional accuracy, the tolerance can reach ±0.05mm, the size is stable, and the consistency is good.

3. The industrial heater coils uses the German imported mirror to detect the position of the hot end and the cold end. It has high temperature measurement accuracy and good consistency, and is especially suitable for multi-cavity hot runner systems.

4. In addition to the routine electrical performance test, each heater is also tested for heating load and impact resistance, ensuring that each heater can work under various working conditions.

How does the Qida control the quality?

1) During processing, the operating machine worker inspect the each sizes by themselves.

2) After finished the first whole part, will show to QA for full inspection.

3) Before shipment, the QA will inspect according to ISO sampling inspection standard for mass production. Will do 100% full checking for small QTY.

4) When shipping the goods, we will attached the inspection report with the parts.
