Product introduction
Ceramic Infrared Radiant Emitters have a cast-in nichrome resistance wire operating at temperatures between 300 and 750oC. The glazed ceramic surface protects it from oxidation or corrosion. The ceramic element is manufactured to optimise its ability to transform the energy to improve its efficiency and reliability.
Elements can be provided with type 'J' or 'K' thermocouple.

Ceramic infrared heater is made out of high alumina ceramic material
1. Radioactive properties: maximum monochromatic radiation components reached 0.9, normal total radiation rate is greater than 0.83
2. Thermal response time: from room normal temperature to constant value of the radiant panel surface temperature less than 20 minutes
3. Degeneration of hot and cold resistance: five alternating hot and cold test of no peeling, no cracking
4. Radiating temperature in homogeneity: ≤ 15%
5. Power error: rated working voltage ≤ 5%
6. Cold insulation resistance: 500V megger> 2mΩ
7. Thermal insulation resistance: 500V megger> 0.5mΩ
8. Use life> 3000 hours
