The RS Pro silicone heater mats are designed for areas where standard heating methods are difficult to apply. All the mats are self-adhesive and have etched foil elements embedded into a glass cloth supported rubber compound. These features provided you with a highly robust but flexible product.

Oil drum heater, also known as an oil drum heating belt, is a kind of silicone rubber heater which has a strong waterproof performance and high security. It was controlled by the temperature controller (thermostat or digital temperature controller). Silicone heating belt is a soft heater, at one side of the heater belt, hole set aside was riveted metal buckle, with a spring buckle installed in the other side of the tank body. It is easy to install and heating fast, with a tension of the springs so that the heating belt close to the heated parts, rapid heating, high thermal efficiency. If you used it to heat oil barrels, oil, oil, asphalt, paint, paraffin, oil and various resin raw materials, and the viscosity decreased evenly, also could reduce the pump's power.

1. Q: Is it OK to print my logo on heating element product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
2. Q: How does the Qida control the quality?
A: 1) During processing, the operating machine worker inspect the each sizes by themselves.
2) After finished the first whole part, will show to QA for full inspection.
3) Before shipment, the QA will inspect according to ISO sampling inspection standard for mass production. Will do 100% full checking for small QTY.
4) When shipping the goods, we will attached the inspection report with the parts.
3. Q: How do you guarantee the deliver time?
A: We have independent PMC department to arrange the production plan.
