2. Low wattage density design (10 watts/square inch, 1.5w/cm2) for longer service life. |
3 Pay attention to prevent deposition from the surface of teflon heater. Too thick liquid or too low liquid level will cause the breakdown of teflon heater because of surface heating nonuniform. |
4. Do not change the dimensions of teflon heater smaller at random, or else it will make the wattage density bigger and shorten the service life. |
5. All teflon heaters can be built with overheat protection or PT100 temperature probe to ensure the service life and safety. |
