The repair method of the Air finned heateris as follows:


(1) During the overhaul or minor repair of the unit, the water side should be cleaned and the air side should be visually inspected. Generally, during operation, if the air temperature is 5 ℃ higher than the normal temperature due to blockage on the water side, cleaning is necessary.


(2) Cleaning inspection during gun repair


① Disassemble the flange screws of the circulating water inlet and outlet valves, and remove the connecting pipes of the inlet and outlet valves.


②Remove the screws on the joint surface of the front and rear water chambers and remove the front and rear water chambers.


③ Clean the steel pipe. Pay attention to protect the nozzle when cleaning.


④ Clean the rust and mud in the water room, rinse with water.


⑤ Use scraper to repair scraping chamber joint surface and cooling water inlet and outlet flange gasket residues.


⑥ Check the air side tube and heat sink for damage.


⑦ Check for cracks in the water chamber and glass damage to the partition.


⑧ Install the joint surface gasket. The gasket uses 3-5mm rubber pad.


⑨Brush the bolts with kerosene, and apply black lead powder oil after drying.


Air finned heater is an electric heating device that mainly heats the gas flow. The heating element of the air heater is a stainless steel electric heating tube. The inner cavity of the heater is provided with a plurality of baffles (baffles) to guide the gas flow and extend the residence time of the gas in the cavity, thereby fully heating the gas and making the gas Even heating, improve heat exchange efficiency. The heating element of the air heater is a stainless steel heating tube, which is made of a seamless steel tube with an electric heating wire, and the gap is filled with a magnesium oxide powder shrinking tube with good thermal conductivity and insulation. When the current passes through the high-temperature resistance wire, the generated heat diffuses to the surface of the heating tube through the crystalline magnesium oxide powder, and then is transferred to the heated air to achieve the purpose of heating.
