The pipe electric heater is composed of a plurality of tubular electric heating elements, a cylinder body, a baffle plate and the like. The tubular electric heating element is a high temperature electric resistance wire placed in the metal pipe, and is closely filled in the gap portion to have good insulation and heat conduction. The crystalline magnesium oxide powder has the characteristics of advanced structure, high thermal efficiency, good mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and wear resistance. A baffle is installed in the cylinder to make the gas and liquid evenly heated during circulation.


A pipe electric heater is an electric heating device used to heat a pipe or a medium therein. The utility model comprises a single-chip microcomputer and a temperature sensor and comprises a temperature control unit, and further comprises two bush-shaped metal inner shells, wherein the inner wall surfaces of the two metal inner shells are respectively fixed with an electric heating tube; and two of the heat-conducting materials are used for fitting in the pipeline. The upper bearing-shaped heat-conducting layer is formed, and the outer wall surface of the formed heat-conducting layer is adhered to the inner wall surface of the two metal inner shells; and the bearing-shaped forming heat-insulating layer is adhered to the outer wall surface of the two metal inner shells, and the outer surface of the two heat-insulating layer is formed. Two bearing shells are provided thereon; and there is also a fixing member for engaging the above heating assembly on the pipe. Pipeline heaters have the advantages of high thermal efficiency and easy installation and disassembly, and are widely used in various pipe heating applications.


The pipe heater heats the media to very high temperatures. It can reach 850 °C. The temperature of the shell is only about 50 °C; the efficiency is high, it can reach above 0.9; the temperature rise and temperature drop rate is fast, up to 10 °C / s, and the adjustment process is fast and stable. The temperature of the controlled medium is not advanced and hysteresis, and the control temperature drifts uncertainly. It is suitable for automatic control; the air is clean and the volume is small.
