Components of an electric tubuar heating element
Electric heating elements such as electric heating elements can heat molds, liquids, air, etc. The metal pipe is used as the shell (including stainless steel and copper pipes), and the spiral electric heating alloy wire is evenly distributed along the center axis of the pipe. The gap is filled and compacted with magnesium oxide powder with insulation and thermal conductivity. It is the main part of the raw materials that constitute the electric heating element:
1. Lead-out rod: iron or stainless steel;
2. Sealing material: silicone rubber or epoxy resin;
3. Insulator: white porcelain head is generally used;
4. Filler: insulating magnesia powder;
5. Electric heating wire: iron chromium aluminum or nickel chromium wire;
6. Leads: There are generally domestic red silicone wires, mica leads, porcelain bead leads, PTFE wires, Teflon wires, etc.
7. Metal protective sleeve: According to the working environment of different people, choose different metal protective sleeves. Generally, stainless steel 304, stainless steel 321, stainless steel 316, stainless steel 310S, Ingle 800 and other temperature and corrosion resistant materials are used.
