During the heating process, when the outlet temperature does not reach the control temperature, the internal temperature quickly reaches the alarm temperature, resulting in the electric heater. Self-protection stops heating. At this time, the internal temperature remains for a period of time before it falls below the set value. After the field reset, the heating is restarted. In order to maintain the heating process of the electric heater, it is necessary to frequently reset and start the field. The following questions:
1. The heating temperature fluctuates greatly, the outlet temperature is difficult to guarantee, and the regeneration effect is deteriorated, which affects the product quality.
2. Since the electric heater is frequently started, it needs to be reset and started once in about 5~10 minutes, causing frequent operation of the electric heater control components, which affects the service life of the electrical components.
3. The operator is labor intensive. Because the electric heater is self-protected and stopped every time, the operator needs to go to the site to reset and restart, which is labor intensive and is not conducive to safe production.
