How to make a cast iron heater?
Manufacturing process of cast iron heater: The high temperature plastic machine cast iron heating ring bends the prepared heating pipe to the required requirements. Put it into the mold to be formed, cast it with molten iron, and then grind, smooth finish, and finally get the finished product.
Cast iron heater
Product Introduction The cast iron heater is a tubular electric heating element as a heating element. The element is bent and formed. It enters the mold and is centrifugally cast into various shapes, including round, flat, right-angle, air-cooled, water-cooled and other special shapes. After finishing processing, it can be closely adhered to the heated body, and the surface load can reach 3-4.5w / cm5. It has fast heating, uniform heat generation, good thermal conductivity and long service life.
This product is currently one of the ideal heaters at home and abroad. The cast iron heater is a tubular electric heating element with a heating element and a high-quality iron material as the shell. The electric heater is die-cast. Its operating temperature is generally between 150 and 450 degrees Celsius. It can be widely used in plastic machinery, die heads, cables Machinery, chemical, rubber, petroleum and other equipment.
Use method and precautions of cast iron electric heater
1. The working voltage must not exceed 10% of the rated value; the relative humidity of the air is not greater than 95%, and there is no explosive or corrosive gas.
2. The wiring part is placed outside the heating layer and insulation layer, and the shell should be effectively grounded; avoid contact with corrosive, explosive media and moisture; the lead wire should be able to withstand the temperature and heating load of the wiring part for a long time. Avoid using too much force.
3. The metal casting heater should be placed in a dry place. If the insulation resistance is lower than 1MΩ for a long time, it can be baked in an oven at about 200 degrees Celsius for 5-6 hours to restore normality. Or reduce the voltage and heat up until the insulation resistance is restored.
4. The cast iron heater should be well positioned and fixed. The effective heating area must be closely attached to the heated body. Empty burning is strictly prohibited. When dust or pollutants are found on the surface, it should be cleaned and reused in time to avoid heat dissipation and shorten the service life.
5. Magnesium oxide powder at the outlet end of the electric heating pipe, to avoid infiltration of pollutants and moisture in the place of use, to prevent leakage accidents.
