Introduction of air duct type electric heater and difference from air tubular heater

First, wind system electric heater of wind system

The air duct type electric heater is a kind of electric heater. The power used is introduced from the contactor in the main power supply control box, and the user can design the circuit according to his actual needs, and control.

When we use this kind of electric heater, the matters needing attention should be:

(1) Although there is a thermal protector on this electric heater, its function is to automatically cut off the power in the event of a situation, but this function is limited to wind in the air duct, so in other cases We still have to pay attention, we should avoid accidents to the heater and cause damage to it.

(2) Before heating the air duct type electric heater, the relevant components should be checked to see if they are in a normal usable state. For electric heaters, the voltage should be equal to the voltage of the electric heater and should be provided separately.

(3) The connection between the electric heater and the control circuit must be correct so that the electric heater can be put into use.

(4) Before using electric heaters, all wiring terminals should be inspected. If they are loose, they should be tightened and grounded to ensure that the electric heater can operate safely.

(5) At the air inlet of the electric heater, a filter should be installed to prevent foreign objects from entering the electric heating pipe, causing damage to the electric heating pipe, thereby affecting the service life of the electric heater. In addition, the filters should be cleaned regularly.

(6) The terminal should be installed with a space of not less than 1m, so that it can be easily repaired and maintained.

Second, the difference between air electric heater and air duct type electric heater

1. The air electric heater must be operated in a chain with the blower, and the duct electric heater must be equipped with a differential pressure device before and after it to avoid fan failure.

2. The range of use of air electric heaters is wider than that of air duct electric heaters. The gas heated by air electric heaters can be any gas, while air duct electric heaters can only be air in air ducts.
