Mica nozzle heaters
Process introduction: The mica heater adopts the resistance wire Cr20Ni80 as the heating element, and the natural mica or artificial powder mica plate is used as the insulating layer, and the outer layer is made of metal stainless steel skin, iron skin or copper skin as the heat conductor. Can be made into circles, plates and a variety of special-shaped products. Features: Mica heaters are light but fast.
Uses: Used in the mechanical heating industry such as injection molding and extrusion.

1. High temperature resistance. The mica board is resistant to high temperatures of 600 °C.
2. Good insulation performance. The insulation resistance is greater than 100MΩ.
