Precautions for normal heating elements operation

I have introduced to you how to do the daily maintenance of the heating elements. The maintenance is to make it work longer, so if we can pay more attention to it during operation, its precautions can also do more with less. Let's discuss with you the precautions you need to use when you use the heater.

1.The first is that the components of the heating elements must work under these conditions:

   a. Its operating voltage cannot exceed 1 times of the rated voltage, and it must be able to be effectively grounded.

   b. Its insulation resistance should preferably exceed 1 ohm

   c. The maximum temperature of the air must not exceed 95%, and there must be no explosive or corrosive gas.

   2. Its electric heating tube should be fixed in a certain position, so that it can effectively immerse all its heating area into liquid or inside the solid metal. Once scale or carbon deposits are found on the surface of the electric heating pipe body, it must be removed immediately to prevent it from affecting its service life.

   3. When the heater is heating fusible metal or solid nitrate, we should first reduce its operating voltage, and wait for the medium to melt before raising it to the rated voltage.
