Precautions for the use of screw flange immersion heater:
1. Do not use unstable containers. Before installing the heater, make sure that the container is placed in a stable condition before installing and fixing it. Because the container that is not placed smoothly is easy to knock over, dumping the liquid, causing the heating tube to dry, due to fire, electric shock and the like;
2. Do not change the heater freely. Random deformation or modification may cause changes in the internal structure of the heater, affecting electrical performance, and may cause fire, electric leakage, electric shock, etc.;
3. Do not install it at the air outlet with high humidity. Installation of the air supply port with high humidity can easily cause the heating tube to be damp and the insulation to drop, which may cause leakage, electric shock and other risks.
4. Do not use the heating tube in a water-contained, decontaminated heating vessel. Heat the heating tube in a liquid with a lot of impurities, so that it is not easy to dissipate due to surface scaling and heat generated by itself. Go out and cause damage to the heating pipe, and also ensure that the heating liquid is not lower than the normal liquid level standard, otherwise it may damage the heating pipe and cause fire;
5. Do not accumulate heavy objects on the power line. When the power supply line is long, you should check whether the line is squeezed by heavy objects. If any, you should evacuate the object in time. Because long-term extrusion and friction may cause damage to the wire sheath, resulting in leakage, electric shock, and even fire.
