1.Threaded plug flange size
The threaded flange size of the threaded flange immersion heater is 1 inch, 1.5 inch and 2.0 inch (generally hexagonal).
2.Thread diameter and pitch
The thread diameters of the fasteners of the various types of wire buckle flange immersion heater are: M32 * 2.309, M47 * 2.309, M59 * 2.309 (M32 is the thread diameter and 2.309 is the tooth pitch).
3. Restrictions
The conventional threaded flange immersion heater consists of one, two, and three U-shaped tubes. The number of U-shaped tubes cannot exceed three U-shaped tubes. The length of a single side of the U-shaped tube should not exceed 1 meter. The single group power of the blue heating tube will not exceed 10KW.
4. Pipe diameter requirements
If the 1-inch threaded flange immersion heater is composed of 3 U-shaped pipes, the pipe diameter cannot exceed 8mm. The 1.5-inch diameter is generally 8mm or 10mm. The 2-inch threaded flange immersion heater cannot exceed 12mm.
5.Thread types
The thread direction of the threaded flange immersion heater can be selected according to the installation needs.
6.Special threaded flange
There is also a special threaded flange immersion heater, called a temperature-adjustable threaded threaded tubular heater. Due to the limitation of adjustable temperature control, its phase current is generally less than 16A for production.
