The surface of the electric tubular heater will turn black, for more reasons:
1. At first, because the electric tubular heater itself has already been damaged, the surface layer will become black. If that is the case, the product does not need to be used again, and it is proposed to replace it with a new tubular heater.
2. It will be caused by the abnormality of the power supply system or frequent power outages. The electric tubular heater in the application will constantly blacken all normal applications due to power outages or abnormal power supply systems.
3. It will be caused by loose contact of the control board, loose power cord plug and electric heating power socket.
4. Oxidation of air caused by tubular heater. After being applied for a period of time, tubular heaters may suffer from gas or wet and cold natural environment. The surface layer will cause some gray-black objects due to air oxidation. When the stainless steel plate is burned by the flame, its surface will cause a layer of gray-black chemicals. Such a thing is more common, and this kind of gray-black metal oxide is non-toxic, and the electric tubular heater can be used again.
Therefore, when the surface of the electric tubular heater is deteriorated for a period of time, one needs to tell what is going on. If it also has a resistance value, it can be shown in the work that it is only caused by air oxidation; if there is no resistance value, it should be said to be burned.
