1, liquid sensor
The level sensor is a diffusion type piezoresistive pressure strain gauge. The working principle is the same as that of the pressure sensor, except that its output corresponds to the depth of the liquid to be tested, and the outer casing is sealed with the waterproof air guiding cable, and can be continuously used for long-term use in liquid for measuring and controlling water level or liquid. Divided into liquid level sensor, isolated liquid level sensor and liquid level transmitter.
2. The pressure sensor can be divided into: pressure sensor and pressure transmitter according to the output signal and whether the amplifier is installed in the body.
The pressure sensor is not equipped with an amplifier circuit, and the full-scale output is in millivolts. It has low load capacity and cannot be directly connected to the computer.
The pressure transmitter is equipped with an amplifier circuit, and the output is usually 4-20mADC or 1-5VDC, which can be directly connected to the computer.
3. Pressure sensors can be classified according to whether they can measure corrosive media and adapt to harsh environments:
Universal and isolated.
The universal pressure sensor uses a diffusion silicon pressure sensitive chip and is temperature compensated. It is usually assembled in a stainless steel housing. The output voltage signal has a good linear relationship with the applied pressure, which enables accurate measurement of pressure and requires measurement. The medium is a non-corrosive or weakly corrosive gas or liquid.
Isolated pressure sensor
The isolated pressure sensor is assembled with a diaphragm-type sensor core in a stainless steel housing for excellent corrosion resistance and long-term stability. The sensor is compensated by laser trimming over the full temperature range, maintaining specifications such as zero point, sensitivity, linearity and stability over a wide temperature range, and has a high performance-price ratio.
