1. Fluidized bed main bed

The fluidized bed is in a dilute phase zone with a temperature range of 0 to 1100 ° C. The material in the vulcanized state has a strong scouring force and contains corrosive gases.

2. The inlet and outlet of the cyclone separator and the return feeder

The temperature range is 0-900 ° C, the high-speed air flow of about 25 ~ 27 m / s at the entrance, and containing granular media, has a very strong flushing force.

3. Fluidized bed slag cooler

The temperature range is from 0 to 800 ° C, and contains particles and corrosive gases such as CO, CO2, SO2 and H2S.
