First, run for the first time, check the electrical insulation (total insulation should be greater than 1 megohm), if the insulation is too low, it can be warmed up with heavy oil for 24 hours before power transmission.
2. Open the inlet and outlet valves and close the bypass valve. After 10 minutes, feel the oil temperature at the outlet before sending electricity. It is forbidden to open the bypass valve when the heater is turned on.
3. Open: send oil first and then send electricity. Shutdown: Power off first and then oil. Power transmission without oil or without oil flow is strictly prohibited. When the oil does not flow in the fault state, the electric heater should be turned off in time.
Fourth, the opening sequence: close the size of the air switch and power on the main switch. Choose remote control and near control according to your needs. Please refer to the product manual for near control. Set various parameters. When closing, first turn off the main power switch and the distance switch (placed in the empty position), and then turn off the small air switch and the large air switch.
Fifth, the heater should establish a normal production inspection system. The heater check includes leaks, feels the case for over-temperature, and whether the protection switch is activated. The electrical inspection includes whether the voltage and current are normal and whether the terminals are overheated.
Sixth, the heater belongs to auxiliary equipment, when the oil is good, the heater opening is controlled within 60%, and when the oil is poor, the opening is controlled within 40%.
