Fault phenomenon: blown fuse

Causes: 1. The fuse diameter is too small and the capacity is insufficient;

          2. The power cord plug is shorted to the electric socket;

          3. The lead wire of the electric heating element or the lead wire is disconnected to cause a short circuit;

          4. The electric heating tubular (core) is burned and caused a short circuit;

          5, electric heating sockets accumulate dirt or carbonization cause short circuit

Solution: 1. Replace the appropriate fuse;

          2. Repair or replace the power plug or electric socket;

          3. Re-attach;

          4, repair or replace; 5, remove dirt, repair or replace parts

Fault phenomenon: no fever

Causes: 1. Power supply is abnormal or power failure;

          2. The fuse has been blown;

          3. Poor contact between the power cord plug and the electric hot socket, or the power cord is broken;

          4. The electric heating tubular heater (core) lead piece or lead wire falls off;

          5. The electric heating element (core) is burned;

          6. Poor contact of the temperature controller contacts or melting and disengaging

Treatment: 1, after the power supply is normal;

          2. Replace the fuse of the same type;

          3. Repair or replacement;

          4, re-welding;

          5. Replace the same size electric heating tube (core);

          6, repair or replace
