Fault phenomenon: blown fuse
Causes: 1. The fuse diameter is too small and the capacity is insufficient;
2. The power cord plug is shorted to the electric socket;
3. The lead wire of the electric heating element or the lead wire is disconnected to cause a short circuit;
4. The electric heating tubular (core) is burned and caused a short circuit;
5, electric heating sockets accumulate dirt or carbonization cause short circuit
Solution: 1. Replace the appropriate fuse;
2. Repair or replace the power plug or electric socket;
3. Re-attach;
4, repair or replace; 5, remove dirt, repair or replace parts
Fault phenomenon: no fever
Causes: 1. Power supply is abnormal or power failure;
2. The fuse has been blown;
3. Poor contact between the power cord plug and the electric hot socket, or the power cord is broken;
4. The electric heating tubular heater (core) lead piece or lead wire falls off;
5. The electric heating element (core) is burned;
6. Poor contact of the temperature controller contacts or melting and disengaging
Treatment: 1, after the power supply is normal;
2. Replace the fuse of the same type;
3. Repair or replacement;
4, re-welding;
5. Replace the same size electric heating tube (core);
6, repair or replace
