The working voltage should not be greater than 1.1 times the rated value, and the outer casing should be effectively grounded.

4. The components should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance is less than 1MΩ for a long time, the voltage can be reduced or the oven can be dried until the insulation is restored.
5. When the wiring screws are tightened, avoid excessive force.
6. Select coil heater should pay special attention to heating medium. It should not be corrosive to the electric heating shell material.
7. The industrial coil heater is used for a long time. If the surface gathers thick tube scale and grease stain, it should be removed regularly. Otherwise, the heat transfer performance of the electric heating tube will be reduced and the heat load on the surface of the tube will exceed the rated allowable damage.
8. The electric coil heater should be stored in a dry warehouse. If the surface is damp due to long-term placement, the insulation resistance should be measured by using a megohmmeter. If it is less than 1 megohm / 500 volts, the electric heating tube should be placed in a 200 degree drying oven for drying.
