This thermocouple connector conforms to the miniature connector dimensions with two flat prongs and the J-Type Thermocouple Wire specification. You can use this to repair or build your own thermocouple. This is a high quality connector, the prongs are made from compensating metal, the same material as the J-type thermocouple wire, which is Iron / Constantan

Process , office and packing details
How does the Qida control the quality?
1) During processing, the operating machine worker inspect the each sizes by themselves.
2) After finished the first whole part, will show to QA for full inspection.
3) Before shipment, the QA will inspect according to ISO sampling inspection standard for mass production. Will do 100% full checking for small QTY.
4) When shipping the goods, we will attached the inspection report with the parts.

A: We don't provide free one, but we will minux the extra price when you reorder with the suitable quantity.
2. Q: How can I get a sample to check your quality?
A: After price is confirmed, you can require samples to check our quality. Free for existing samples ,but you need to paid the express freight. For sample making, we will charge a sample fee. Sample fee will be confirmed according to the products' craftwork.
