General Information
Shenzhen Suwaie Technology manufactures custom made 3mm,4mm diameter cartridge heater for any application. Catridge heaters are a versatile and economical heat source for a wide variety of industrial and commercial applications.
Standard tube diameters are 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm and 16mm, but other special sizes are available for 100w 4mm Diameter Cartridge Heater. Depending on the diameter, lengths can be supplied up to 6000mm. Standard sheath materials are Stainless Steel 201, 304, 316 and 321, but special sheath materials may be available based on diameter and size of the element required.
3D printer cartridge heater provide superior heat transfer, uniform temperatures, resistance to oxidation and corrosion and long life even at high temperatures. Flexible lead wire extensions or other mounting options are available for specific applications.

What is the standard of package?
Professional export packing:
1) Separate Blister plastic box or Bubble Wrap/Pearl Wool, keep no scratch and damage.
2) Under 100 KGS parts, use strong DHL export Carton .
3) Above 100 KGS, will customize Wooded case for packing.

We have production meeting every morning to report the production progress and discuss the problems.
