How to choose the right lead wire for cartridge heater?
The cartridge heater leads wire are roughly divided into the following types:
1. Red silicone wire: conventional cartridge heater use this type of lead wire, with a temperature resistance of 200-300 degrees;
2. Silicone glass fiber tin-plated copper wire: The cartridge heater external wiring often imported technology refers to such leads, with a temperature resistance of 300-350 degrees;
3. Mica glass fiber pure nickel wire: It is often used in the lead structure of high-temperature cartridge heater of imported technology. It is corrosion-resistant, friction-resistant, and temperature-resistant about 400 degrees.
4. Ceramic porcelain bead lead wire: can withstand temperature of 700-800 degrees;
5. PTFE wire: with anti-corrosion function, generally used when heating corrosive liquids;
6. Teflon wire: generally used for corrosive gas or liquid;
7. Metal hose lead: It is often used when the lead will be rubbed.
