Die cartridge heater are widely used in various industries with molds and mechanical equipment. Due to its high thermal efficiency and convenient installation. There are internal leads and external wires in the structure together, which can largely meet the needs of users. However, many users have responded that the temperature of the cartridge heater of the mold that has been acquired by other manufacturers can not withstand the temperature, it is easy to burn out. So I want to know the temperature that the cartridge heater of the mold can accept?


     How many degrees can the cartridge heater of the mold heat?


     Before the customer orders the mold single hair heat pipe, the customer's working temperature will be asked. We choose different heating pipe materials based on the customer's working temperature. Here is a list of Hongchuang editors:


 1. If the working temperature of the single hair heat pipe of the mold is about 100-300 degrees, the stainless steel 304 can be used as the raw material.


 2. If the working temperature of the single hair heat pipe of the mold is about 400-500 degrees, the stainless steel 321 raw material can be selected.


 3. If the working temperature of the mold single hair heat pipe is about 600-700 degrees, the raw material of the pipe should be stainless steel 310S.


     Therefore, according to the list of the temperature and raw materials used in thecartridge heaterof the mold above, I believe we should know how much temperature the cartridge heater of the mold can accept depends on the selected raw materials.
